Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or show signs of wear
- Be in its original packaging with all accessories included
How to Request a Return
To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@gatsbya.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gatsbya.shop and we will look into the matter further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@gatsbya.shop and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
